Program 01, Household Marketplace: subscription pricing, clearly separated
Flat subscription pricing with a referral cap. Plans start at $99 per month; your applicable pricing tier depends on your service category. Confirm the category, plan and referral cap before subscribing. Subscriptions do not guarantee request volume or completed jobs.
Program 02, Trusted Pros: a directory listing with its own annual pricing
Trusted Pros is a separate directory program. These prices cover the listing and do not include a Household Marketplace subscription.
Basic: Free. Basic directory listing, subject to approval and applicable listing requirements.
Founding: $99 per year. Founding directory enrollment, subject to eligibility and availability.
Standard: $149 per year. Standard annual directory listing.
Featured: $299 per year. Featured annual directory listing, labeled as paid advertising.
Trusted Pros paid listings are billed annually. Directory participation does not guarantee inquiries, referrals or completed work.

Getting started: your profile comes first
1. Search and claim. Search by business name or license number. If your service has no license record, continue through the available manual review route.
2. Confirm and verify. An active license record with a future expiration and confirmation of the email or phone on that record may qualify for automatic approval. Other applicants are reviewed by CoverHome.
3. Stay eligible. Choose your programs after approval. Keep required insurance documentation and license information current to remain listed.

Do I need to pay to claim a profile?
No. Claiming the business profile is separate from purchasing either program.
Does Trusted Pros include Household Marketplace referrals?
No. Trusted Pros and Household Marketplace are separate opt-in products and separate charges. You may choose one or both.
Is this bidding or pay-per-lead?
No. Household Marketplace uses a flat subscription with a referral cap, and Trusted Pros uses directory-listing pricing.
Do I receive the consumer’s full household profile?
No. Requests are category-specific. Contact information is shared only with the consumer’s permission; the full household composition is not provided.
What if my service does not require a license?
You can continue without a public license record and complete the applicable review process. Requirements depend on the service you provide.
CoverHome is a real estate technology platform, not a brokerage. Availability and final fees follow applicable terms and approval. Claiming a profile does not enroll you in either program.
