How CoverHome sends tour leads to your brokerage

Who gets the leads?

Brokerage queue only. Every lead, on public and private listings, goes to the brokerage queue and is assigned to our agents round robin. Listing agents do not receive leads directly. Let listing agents get their own leads. A listing agent receives direct tour leads on a listing once the one-time $149 Listing Agent Direct fee is paid for that listing. You and the listing agent decide who pays it. Until it is paid, the lead goes to the brokerage queue, round robin.

Acceptance time. How many minutes does an agent have to accept a lead? minutes

If the agent does not accept in time, the lead moves on to the next agent in the queue, and the miss is recorded in Agent Integrity, where only you, the agent and CoverHome can see it.

Private listings: before CoverHome starts sending buyers to a private listing, the one-time $149 Private Listing Direct fee for that listing must be paid. Your brokerage pays it by default, and you can let the listing agent pay for their own listing. If you let listing agents get their own leads, private-listing leads go to the listing agent automatically; otherwise they go to the brokerage queue. CoverHome turns ZootXchange publishing on for each brokerage; once it is on, you choose which private listings are published. Public listings: a listing agent gets leads directly only if you allow it here and the $149 Listing Agent Direct fee is paid for that listing. You can change these choices at any time.
