The founding rate

Founding Agents lock in membership at $510 per year. Standard membership is $59 per month, and after the founding rates are claimed, annual billing is $649 per year (11 months at $59, one month free).

But the rate is only part of the value.

What founding members receive

• The founding rate, held. Enroll in annual billing during your 30-day founding window and your $510 rate holds for as long as you stay continuously subscribed, even if the list price rises later.
• First position on buyer requests. Buyer requests on private listings in your coverage area are routed to Founding Agents first.
• A Founding Agent badge that identifies you as part of the early CoverHome network.
• 30 days of full access to the agent tools, which begins when CoverHome approves your account.

How the founding spots work

Founding spots are first come, first served in each state. A state closes to new Founding Agents when its 500 spots are filled or when CoverHome designates that state an active market, whichever comes first. After that, new agents subscribe at standard pricing.
